Introduction
ZERO LIMO will provide various luxury transportation services as described on the website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the service.
ZERO LIMO Services will include (but are not limited to):
Chauffeur services
Limousine services
Luxury sedan and SUV services
Party bus services
Charter bus services
Clients must acknowledge the following with respect to the services:
All deposits are NON refundable. Cancellations must be made by phone 855-606-0200. We require a 72 hour notice to cancel reservations requesting Sedans, and SUVs. We require a 5 day notice to cancel vans, stretch limousines, party buses, mini coaches and motor coaches otherwise client is responsible for the full amount due. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. A fee of 150.00 for each carpet or seat burn. There is no food allowed in the vehicles unless authorized by an operations manager. A sanitation fee of at least 350.00 subject to apply. There is a 12.00 charge for each broken glass. Drug use is prohibited by law. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Any fines obtained during service will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
The rate is subject to change based on any additional services that you specifically request such as hourly overage, wait time, stops, parking, meet and greet, and any miscellaneous fees that may apply.
Rate Estimates
The total expense for service is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final billing will vary should actual usage not correspond with estimated usage and can not be accurately determined until each trip is complete. Additional charges such as tolls, phone usage, park fees, entrance fees and parking fees that can not be calculated prior to service may show on your invoice where applicable.
Garage-to-Garage
Vehicles are billed “garage-to-garage” time; the time the vehicle leaves the company garage, to the time it returns to the garage. Because there are so many variables that may affect transfer time to a spot location, and vice-versa, we have established standardized garage-to-garage times based on distance from airports to all zip codes in the various metro areas. To simplify the system, all zip codes are grouped into three different “zones” relative to their distance from airports, hotels and Major landmarks. The following amount of time will be billed to the beginning and end of each trip by applicable zone:
Zones 1 & 2: 30 minutes.
Zone 3: 45 minutes.
Zone 4: 60 minutes.
Zone 5: 90 minutes.
Zone 6: 120 minutes.
All vehicles going to/from pick-up and/or drop-off locations within the applicable metro area, but outside Zone 6: 180 minutes or appropriate time based of google maps.
Finding Your Chauffeur
In the event you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed above. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying our dispatch office may result in a “no-show” charge of the estimated usage for each vehicle.
Holidays/Special Events
A minimum holiday surcharge of 25% to 50% of the base rate will be added on New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. There is a 6-hour minimum charge on New Year’s Eve and for all Prom vehicles. Prices and/or hourly minimums may vary on other National Holidays and/or during special events.
There will be a 4% credit card processing fee added to all reservations that are paid for by credit/debit card. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Company is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Checking the box below or the use of our vehicle means you have given explicit consent to the terms herein and accept all the terms and conditions listed.
Non Disclosure
ZERO LIMO does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client that wishes to use our services; however, as part of the terms of our service, you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.
The Recipient (ZERO LIMO) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.
We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party except to your company’s employees [and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.
