Pricing
Before you start calling providers, have a general idea of your budget. Then be prepared to refine that number once you receive quotes and understand what is included.
Remember:
- Extremely low pricing compared to other companies can be a red flag. If rates are far below the norm, it may reflect underpaid staff, poorly maintained vehicles, or limited customer service.
- Higher-priced options aren’t automatically better—but they often include upgraded amenities, newer vehicles, or more comprehensive support.
- Look closely at what’s included in each quote: vehicle type, hours of service, mileage, fuel, staffing, on-site coordinators, and any additional fees.
Use common sense, compare value (not just price), and make sure the package aligns with your expectations for service and reliability.
